Finally, a large property in town! This 3.65 acre lot is ready to build on. It is close to everything, but still has a back country feel. This property has about 1.5-2 acres of beautiful wetlands (including a creek believed to be the beginning of Sugarcreek, which dumps into Thompson Bayou, Conecuh, and then Escambia Rivers), quite a bit of dry wooded land, and a bit (about a half acre) of cleared land. This is a very nice spot. We see all kinds of birds and wildlife, from cardinals, blue jays and blue birds, sparrows, tons of butterflies, possums, foxes, and squirrels to name a few. We like our little part of Pensacola. Come see our slice of paradise. I look forward to serving you!
